1 The Meaning of Suffering — A Pathway to Spiritual Awakening
First, let me tell you about myself.
Chiharu seems to have been born with the ability to see the spirit world.
I had no way of knowing what it really was.
As for me, from childhood, I carried a deep heaviness in both mind and body—something I could never explain.
I had no way of knowing what it really was.
Then one day, I was told—
that this heaviness might be the influence
of spirits who come seeking salvation.
Of course, I couldn’t believe it right away.
But when I began to study and practice Spiritual transference,
something remarkable happened—
the heaviness that had weighed upon me for so long suddenly lifted,
and the entire world seemed to open and brighten.
It was a soft, gentle, and tender sensation—
as though a peaceful veil of light
had wrapped itself around me.
For me, that experience became
the very doorway to the spiritual world.

2 Phenomena as Manifestations of the Spirit World
The visible world
is sustained by what cannot be seen.
Behind every phenomenon,
spiritual forces are always at work.
Everything that happens in life—
negative thoughts, conflicts in relationships,
even the heaviness or illness of the body and mind—
these are signs from spirits seeking salvation,
and at times, disturbances caused by darker entities.
For a long time, I kept these experiences to myself,
because speaking of them
would only make people think I was strange.
Yet, at a certain point in my life,
I chose to begin speaking openly
about the reality of the spiritual world.
3 Why I Choose to Speak About the Spirit World
There are several reasons for this.
One is that I have an intuition—
that the time will soon come
when the spiritual world will be spoken of
as something completely natural.
From the time of the Buddha until today,
there have always been so-called “mystical teachers”
who claimed to possess special insight.
And when the spiritual world finally gains recognition in society,
such people will surely appear
like bamboo shoots after the rain.
That is precisely what concerns me.
I worry that those who sincerely seek truth
may be deceived by “false gurus.”
(In Japanese, we call this kind of concern rōbashin—
an old woman’s caring anxiety.)
Becoming infatuated with a charismatic leader or a “master”
is not so different from falling in love.
At its core, it’s the same dynamic,
as an international romance scam or an unhealthy dependence on a host.
Yet—
if a person develops their own spiritual skill,
such tragedies can be avoided.
4 The Wisdom to See Through Cults
So, how can we avoid becoming their prey?
Many people assume that
“a person who can see the spiritual world ”
is automatically “an enlightened being.”
Both the individual and those around them
can easily become intoxicated by this illusion.
But this is a serious misunderstanding.
Without a deep understanding of enlightenment,
one may end up worshiping spiritual abilities
as if they were special powers.
Organizations that bind people
with strict rules or rigid hierarchies
are also dangerous.
Spiritual evolution cannot be attained
by simply obeying orders.
True awakening occurs naturally,
as the Buddha-nature within begins to blossom.
Like the masters Ikkyū or Ryōkan,
it is the expression of a childlike heart—
one supported by an inner, quiet rigor.

5 The Direction of Spiritual Evolution
Both cults and groups of monkeys
are marked by a strong hierarchy.
Just as a dominant male monkey monopolizes the females,
a cult guru controls his followers—
often even claiming the women for himself.
A community ruled by hierarchy
is a sign of spiritual regression—
a return to the social order of the apes.
Those who are spiritually devolved
cling to positions and titles
that hold no meaning after death.
Those who are spiritually evolved
cherish the infinite potential within.
That which cannot be lost, even in death—
that alone is what truly matters.

6 The Work of the Gods and the Brightness of the Human Spirit
In Japan, there is a saying: “Good fortune comes to those who smile.”
When a person radiates bright, joyful energy, happiness naturally follows.
Behind that brightness, higher divine beings are at work.
Great inventions and discoveries,
poems and music that move the human heart—
all of these are inspirations
bestowed by gods of higher dimensions.
