So far, we’ve explored
four embodied experiences
of awakening.

They can also be seen
as experiences of union
with the Great Spirit
of the Universe.

But Ryokyu did not keep
these experiences
to himself.

He developed a way
for anyone to experience
this union—

and to direct
the light and love
of the Great Spirit

towards other people
and the spiritual world.

So what happens
when we actually practise it?

Next comes
the embodied experience of prayer.

Now we move
into practice.
